Liniment

I think this has to do with some kind of medicine.

  1. I agree. I think it's an old word that is similar to ointiment.

  2. Answers.com said that it was a medicine fluid rubbed into the skin to relieve pain or stiffness.

  3. I have heard liniment used in histor class when learning about war and how soldiors needed limiment from injuries.
