droned

I have heared the word droned used in many other stories read in school. I think it could be a synonym for moan, complain or, groan.

    I'm not saying your wrong, because I also have no idea what this mean but, maybe it's also kind of like mumbling?

    I think you might be correct also because I've heard of a plane "droning" before so i think it means to like make a funny groaning noise.
